Return & Refund Policy

At Dazzling Diva, we carefully select and inspect every product before dispatch. Please review the product images, description, size and details carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

• Returns are accepted only within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Return requests after 3 days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
• Original tags, if provided, must remain attached.
• The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Minor variations or imperfections that are visible in the product images or mentioned in the product description will not be considered defects.
• Products that are damaged, stained, altered or washed after delivery are not eligible for return.

Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refund
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchange
Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the applicable return conditions.
